Ed Miller is a veteran coach and personal trainer. He received his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science in 2013 from Georgia Gwinnett College.
Ed started training professional athletes at a local health club when he graduated College.
In 2016, he opened the doors to The Rack Athletic Performance Center in Atlanta, GA. Ed chose to go out on his own so that he could train athletes of all levels and adult clients who wanted to train and transform.

The Rack Performance Center was featured by Elitefts.com and voted Best Gym in Atlanta by Creative Loafing in 2018.
Ed has earned his CSCS (NSCA), CPPS (Level 1 &2), CPPS Certified Football Preparation Specialist, BPS Level 1, and Corrective Exercise Specialist (NASM) certifications.
This formal training gives him unmatched expertise in assisting clients in defining and achieving their goals through fundamentally sound and structured training programs.
When not at The Rack Performance Center, Ed enjoys spending time with his wife, Caitlin, and their two sons, Charlie and Max.
In his free time, Ed enjoys working out, reading, learning, and helping his clients outside the gym setting.
Ed has a passion for continuing to grow his business and expanding into gym design.
